ARE PRODUCTS ON PLEASE BODY SAFE ?

Of course! Our team handpicks products which are made of high grade bodysafe materials and naturally derived ingredients.

HOW DO I CLEAN THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED ?

- Product care instructions provided.
- We recommend using our toy cleaner and wipes to ensure your products are clean, spray the cleaner on the surface of the product and wipe it off.
- Waterproof and water-resistant items can be cleaned using soap and water.
- Allow to air dry or wipe dry with a clean cloth.
- Another effective method is to spray toy cleaner onto surface and simply wipe it off

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED ?

It may take up to 48 hours to process your order as we have to verify your order. Delivery is usually anywhere from 1-10 working days, however suppliers are sometimes out of stock and the delivery may then take a bit longer.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST ?

Shipping is free on all orders in South Africa over R850, alternatively shipping is at a flat rate of R75 for customers based in the Western Cape & R120 to the rest of the country.

Most brands offer compatible charging cables and replacement parts. Please send us an email intimate.boutiquecollection@gmail.com and we will gladly assist you in receiving these parts.

WHAT IS MI AMOR RETURN POLICY ?

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of order being received. Over 14 days and we unfortunately cannot accept returns. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all orders. You can return any order, as long as the product(s) are sealed in their original packaging without any damage to the box. We will collect the product from you for a return, exchanges will be at a cost of R120.

CAN THE PRODUCT BE SUBMERGED IN WATER ?

Only products which are marked as waterproof with and icon can be used in water.

HOW CAN I MAKE PAYMENT ?

We offer payment via Credit Card or Instant EFT. Simply select your preferred payment method on checkout or once within the Payment Gateway platform.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER ?
